BAJAA is operated by Mayur Jadhav. This notice explains the information used to run our band directory and owner dashboard.

Information we use

Google sign-in, through Supabase, provides your account identifier, verified email and basic profile information. BAJAA uses your identity to protect your dashboard and connect you with your listing. We do not receive your Google password.

We store the band details you choose to enter, up to two contact numbers, uploaded photos and videos, social links, YouTube performance links, booked dates, review history and feedback. Profile details and media are optional. Support enquiries contain your name, reply email, topic and message, with private administrative notes.

What becomes public

After approval, your band details, contact numbers, media, social and performance links and availability are visible to visitors. Your Google login email, draft listing, review feedback and support messages are not displayed in the public directory. Avoid uploading private information about other people; obtain permission to share their images and contact details.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, save and review listings, show bands in search, display booked dates, answer support requests and protect the service. Dates are shown as available unless marked booked; this does not confirm a booking.

Service providers and links

Google and Supabase support sign-in. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting, data and media infrastructure. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and service logs, including in locations outside India. Session cookies keep you signed in. BAJAA has no advertising or marketing-tracking code added to this version.

YouTube links open YouTube only when selected; videos are not automatically embedded. WhatsApp, email, social networks and other external services apply their own privacy practices when you use their links.

Access, correction and deletion

You can change optional profile fields and remove uploaded media in your dashboard. To request access to your data, account or listing deletion, withdrawal of permission, or raise a privacy concern, email supportbajaa@gmail.com. Include the email you use to sign in; do not send passwords. We may verify account ownership before acting.

Information is kept while needed to provide the service and handle enquiries. Deletion requests are reviewed manually. Records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or unresolved disputes, and backup or provider copies may remain for their retention period. Contact us for the status of a request.
